I haven't set the equipment up as I am very busy however at this current moment I am able to comment on the service that I received. As I was a new customer to purchasing something online for the first time I had some anxieties of being ripped off or receiving less than what was advertised. It was possible through Email that I was able make my anxieties known, Vinyl-cutting.co.nz then informed me that as a customer I had rights which eased some of my anxieties.
They had few items that I could choose from, I changed my mind a couple of times as I wanted the best value for my money. This was easy to do under no pressure from vinyl-cutting.co.nz. Still unsure if I should purchase online Vinyl-cutting.co.nz gave me a number that I could ring and speak to a real person which calmed my anxieties. It felt like I was purchasing something straight over the counter as they treated me like a human being and not just an order number. After I decided to buy, I was invoiced with a clear outline of what I was purchasing. The items were then sent within the next day or two I was informed of every step that was going to happen via Email until the items reached my door step. This was great customer service and I'll be quite happy to purchase from this organisation again.
