We only ship inside New Zealand. For overseas customers please contact us with your order. Shipping will cost extra for anywhere in the world.

For New Zealand customers, all items shipped are at buyers expense. All items are shipped via courier with track and trace and signature required. To find out the exact cost please login and add your item to the cart and you will be able to see the exact cost.

Please note, we do not deliver to PO Box as all items are shipped via courier with signature required.

Delivery within New Zealand takes 1 - 4 working days after payment is cleared. It may take longer time if your address is rural.

ALL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE BASED IN AUCKLAND/ NEW ZEALAND.

Returns:

We offer 3 months return to base warranty if the machine is faulty within the time period we will replace the faulty parts no cash refunds.

The warranty on this product is void if the product is modified, altered, changed.

We don't take any responsibility if you experience a problem with the software that comes with the vinyl cutter machine FREE of charge. You will need to contact Artcut directly to resolve this issue. We will not accept any return if the problem is a software issue.

Understand that we are not responsible for any damage caused when our products is used in conjunction with any other products used by you.

You accept sole responsibility for the proper assembly,operation and regular maintenance of the product.

This limited warranty is void if any product is damaged by accident, misuse,improper installation,or abuse, including tampering or damage in transit or while in use.
